agap2 indústria, a driven engineering company in Portugal, is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects. You will design, optimize production processes and layouts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while applying GD&T and ERP/MES tools.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 3+ years PM experience in manufacturing, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Elect Aerospace or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization.
• Experience in designing and optimizing production processes, equipment and layouts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with ERP and MES or similar production management systems.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and quality principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and timely decision-making abilities.

We are looking for a motivatedProject Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment, managing complex projects;
• - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization;
• - Experience in designing and optimizing production processes, equipment, and manufacturing layouts;
• - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with solid knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing);
  
• - Experience with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other production management systems;
• - Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and industrial quality principles;
• - Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams;
• - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals;
• - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
