A agap2 industria procura um Site Manager para supervisionar projetos de construção de média a alta complexidade na área de Coimbra. O candidato ideal tem formação em engenharia elétrica ou energia, com fortes competências de planeamento, gestão de orçamentos e coordenação no local.

Oferece-se regime presencial, com oportunidades de viajar entre locais de obra e de desenvolver soluções sustentáveis para o setor industrial.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado ou mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Energias Renováveis ou área relacionada.
• Conhecimentos sólidos de gestão de projetos, orçamentação, planeamento e coordenação de obras.
• Proficiente em AutoCAD, Revit e MS Project.
• Excelentes capacidades de liderança, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
• Disposição para viajar aos locais de obra.
• Mentalidade pró-ativa com fortes competências de resolução de problemas e organização.
• Autorização válida para trabalhar na União Europeia.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e coordenar a execução de projetos solares de utilidade e comerciais.
• Planear, supervisionar e monitorizar todas as fases da construção, assegurando prazos e orçamento.
• Coordenar subcontratados, fornecedores e equipas no local.
• Assegurar conformidade com especificações técnicas, regulamentações ambientais e normas de SST.
• Revisar e aprovar desenhos e documentação técnica.

As part of the growth of one of our partners in the construction sector, we are looking for a

Site Manager

to oversee medium and high-end construction projects in the Coimbra area.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the execution of utility-scale and commercial Solar PV projects.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, environmental regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and installation works.
• Report project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, engineering teams, and site personnel.
