Clear. is seeking an experienced M&E Cost Manager to support a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal. The role is fully site-based, Monday to Friday, with no rotation.

The ideal candidate will have strong M&E cost management experience on large-scale construction projects and data centre environments, plus fluent English. You will prepare cost plans, manage budgets, forecast costs and present reports to clients and senior stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to contractual procedures

Qualificações

• Strong M&E cost management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with data centre or mission-critical environments.
• Good knowledge of engineering specifications and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present cost estimates, option studies and cost plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost planning.
• Produce cost management reports for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Administer contracts in roles such as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
• Support settlement of final accounts and evaluation of tenders.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate cost management into delivery.
