A leading global project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Cost Management professional to manage mechanical and electrical services for data centre construction in Sines, Portugal. You will have M&E cost management experience in large-scale projects, a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong communication skills. This full-time role requires on-site presence, with an emphasis on quality service delivery and effective stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Sound M&E cost management experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Professional knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and installations.
• Knowledge of industry standards around equipment and engineering specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost aspects of mechanical and electrical services in data centres.
• Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
• Deliver high-quality services that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and option studies.
• Evaluate and report on tenders.

Conhecimentos

M&E cost management experience in large-scale construction

Professional knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment

Knowledge of industry standards related to Data Centers

Construction procurement strategies knowledge

Post-contract cost management skills

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Portuguese (desirable)

Formação académica

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
