Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator to ensure safety for Italian users. You will review videos, images, text, audio, and comments to ensure compliance with platform policies, maintaining a professional approach even with sensitive content.

The role requires 40 hours/week with rotational shifts. A relocation package to Lisbon is offered, including airport pickup, furnished apartment for at least 14 months, and coverage of initial travel costs.

Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Analyze and Moderate Content: Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user appeals to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

• Maintain Platform Standards: Identify and address content that violates policies, including sensitive material (e.g., vulgar content, violence, fake news).

• Shift Rotation: Be part of a 24/7 team, working on rotational shifts to provide around-the-clock support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies.

• Maintain a consistent and professional approach, even when handling sensitive content.

• Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality moderation service.

Compensation & Benefits

• 10- 15-day Training Program: €28.24 per day (8 hours/day, conducted in English).
• Salary Options:
  • €1,767.50 gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance).
  • €1478.16 gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance and room allowance).
• Additional Benefits:
