About the Role

Join our dynamic and multicultural team as a Content Moderator to help create a safe and positive online environment for users worldwide. You’ll review and manage user-generated content following community guidelines ensuring high-quality and respectful interactions.

Key Details

• Languages: Native/Fluent Italian + Good level of English (written & spoken)
• Schedule: 24/7, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
• Contract type: Full-time, on-site

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Salary: 1,000/month (x14 months)
• Welcome Bonus: 2,000
• Performance Bonus: 100/month (x11 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
