Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, activations, and promotional campaigns across the asset.
• Manage all stages of event delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop creative concepts and event proposals aligned with the asset’s strategic positioning.
• Deliver engaging brand activations and customer experiences that drive footfall, awareness, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and partners for successful execution.
• Oversee on-site operations, including event setup, live execution, and dismantling.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and insights.
• Ensure compliance with operational, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance visitor experience through innovative event initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Shopping Centre Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering events, activations, and promotional initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring every event reflects our brand values, creates meaningful engagement, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, activations, and promotional campaigns across the asset.
• Manage all stages of event delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop creative concepts and event proposals aligned with the strategic positioning of the asset.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset combined with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of experiential marketing, customer engagement, and brand activation strategies.
