CBRE Portugal is seeking an Analyst to join the Capital Markets team in Lisbon. You will support investment and divestment processes by building financial models, market analyses and client materials.

You will interact with investors, banks and clients, prepare presentations, and contribute to proposals and strategic plans across real estate assets. The role offers exposure to transactions, cross‑functional collaboration, and development through CBRE’s learning programs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of professional real estate or related experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Excellent planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and financial modeling ability.

Weare looking for a new team member to join the Analyst Pool, providing support across sectors, clients, andtransactions while gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making,business plans, proposals, presentations and meetings with clients, banks, andinvestors.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You willplay a key role in supporting investment and divestment processes, preparinganalyses, materials and insights that drive client decisions in real estatetransactions.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Preparing and analyzing financial models, valuation exercises, business plans and strategic plans for real estate investments.
• Conducting market research, gathering and interpreting sector data for different asset classes.
• Preparing presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions.
• Participating in commercial engagement with investors, clients and banks.
• Supporting transaction processes, both buy‑side and sell‑side, throughout their full lifecycle.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate (preferred), consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently build financial models and business presentations.
