Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Lisbon is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Analyst (Agency Trade) to develop and manage shipping trades, ensure loyalty, and optimize vessel loading. You’ll coordinate with HO/RO Lines and Sales Offices to deliver forecasts and strategic insights.

The role offers growth in a dynamic, global shipping and logistics environment, with the Rise in Motion program for rapid development and exposure to strategic commercial activities in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics or related field.
• Strong customer orientation with relationship-building skills.
• Advanced negotiation and pricing capabilities.
• BI and analytical capabilities to drive insights.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Proficient with common IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market opportunities by trade leveraging CMA CGM network knowledge.
• Support defining and piloting commercial strategy (budget, action plan).
• Manage tenders ensuring competitive and compliant offers.
• Report pricing and routing issues to Lines teams.
• Build and analyze vessel profiles for capacity optimization.
• Produce accurate forecasts and support BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments and head office for seamless execution.
