About The Job
As ServiceNow Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Kantar’s ServiceNow platform. This position is vital in ensuring ServiceNow continues to support the Kantar business in meeting our colleagues and the business needs whether they be about Tech, HR or Finance. You will be pivotal to continuously enhance the platform to “make it easier to get things done in Kantar”. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure alignment of objectives and delivery excellence. You will strive to continually improve the colleague experience in ServiceNow, by harnessing your UX design skills and process optimisation knowledge to drive excellent experiences. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Working with partners and suppliers you will maintain excellent knowledge of current and future ServiceNow products.
