Job summary

Kantar in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Q2C Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing. You will collaborate with Finance, third-party providers, and internal teams to streamline billing operations and strengthen controls.

You will focus on accurate, timely invoicing, resolve billing queries, and contribute to process documentation and audits. English fluency required; German helpful; hybrid work arrangement with several in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, Order to Cash or Quote to Cash within a finance environment.
• Fluent in English; another European language (German) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of billing processes, financial controls and compliance.
• Experience with ERP and billing workflow tools; strong attention to detail.

Great billing is about more than getting invoices out on time. It helps create accurate financial processes, a consistent customer experience and confidence across the business. As our Quote to Cash (Q2C) Billing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in Finance, supporting the end-to-end billing process for Kantar customers.

You’ll help make sure invoicing is accurate, timely and follows the right controls, while working with teams across Finance and third-party providers. You’ll also have the opportunity to make things better. You’ll identify ways to simplify and standardise billing activities, help strengthen processes and controls, and contribute to continuous improvement across our Quote to Cash operation.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and support end-to-end billing activities, helping deliver accurate, timely and compliant invoicing. Work with third-party providers and internal teams to support effective billing operations. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve billing processes. Help colleagues across Quote to Cash and Finance resolve billing queries with clear and accurate information. Contribute to process documentation, controls, reporting and audit activities as required.

The ideal skills & experience

Experience in billing, Order to Cash or Quote to Cash within a finance environment. Fluent in English. Additional European language beneficial (especially German) A good understanding of billing processes, financial controls and compliance requirements. Experience using ERP systems and finance or billing workflow tools. Good attention to detail, with the ability to organise priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
