You will configure, customize, and extend the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

Qualificações

• Graduation in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to achieve project goals.
• Conducting code reviews and quality control checks for maximum efficiency.
• Debugging and fixing technical problems.
• Producing and running test cases to ensure software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality.
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.
