MoOngy is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our hybrid team in Portugal. The role focuses on configuring, administering and deploying ServiceNow, including CMDB and ITSM components, while designing robust architecture and integrations.

You will work in a European team with 2–3 office days weekly, driving platform governance, best practices, and ongoing improvements in a diverse, innovative environment.

Qualificações

• Experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB data model and ITSM processes.
• Experience with REST, SOAP integrations and platform governance.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, administer, develop and deploy ServiceNow including CMDB and ITSM.
• Design and manage ServiceNow technical architecture and integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
• Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions and document technical/functional work.

The Role:

ServiceNow Developer

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• ServiceNow, ITSM, ServiceNow configuration, administration and development;
• CMDB, ServiceNow Data Model, platform integration and automation;
• ServiceNow Architecture, Platform Governance, technical documentation and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:

• ITIL / ITIL Foundation, ITOM;
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, ServiceNow Development Certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, develop and deploy ServiceNow, including CMDB, ITSM and platform components;
• Design and manage ServiceNow technical architecture and integrations, using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub and related platform capabilities;
• Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions, document technical/functional solutions and follow ServiceNow best practices.
