Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transitions of digital services into operational support across functions. You will ensure readiness gates are met, define ownership, and enable a smooth move from project delivery to day-to-day operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and several years of experience in service management or program management, with strong stakeholder engagement and knowledge of transition frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills in an international environment.
• Structured and proactive working style with ability to manage complexity and priorities.
