Siemens Energy is seeking a Portfolio Management Officer within GS Digital Services Application Services to shape and optimize a diverse portfolio of digital products, IT services, and transformation initiatives.

You will co-own the portfolio with the Head of Application Services, drive planning and governance, monitor KPIs and financials, and present clear recommendations to leadership to maximise business value.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in portfolio management and governance in complex enterprises.
• Experience with IT services, digital products, and transformation programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Co-own and maintain the portfolio with the Head of Application Services.
• Drive portfolio planning, roadmap, demand, and resource allocation.
• Support leadership with portfolio reviews and executive briefings.
• Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics for transparency.
• Coordinate governance, leadership meetings, and action follow-ups.
