Fyld in Lisbon is seeking ServiceNow Consultants at mid and senior levels to join a high-performing team. You will drive digital transformation through ServiceNow implementations, configuration, and enterprise workflows, delivering scalable solutions for varied clients.

The role requires 3 to 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong teamwork, proactivity, autonomy, and fluent Portuguese and English (minimum B2). Hybrid work: 2 days weeks at the office.

Qualificações

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience with ServiceNow implementations, administration, and configuration.
• Certifications (bonus): CSA, CAD, or CIS; ITSM certifications valued.
• Mindset: proactivity, autonomy, responsibility and strong teamwork.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2).

The Tech Stack:

• Core: ServiceNow (Now Platform, ITSM, CSM, Now Create methodology)
• Plus (Valued): ITOM, ITBM, FSM, and ITIL framework knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience with ServiceNow implementations, administration, and configuration.
• Certifications (Bonus): CSA, CAD, or CIS - ITSM certifications are highly valued.
• Mindset: Strong sense of proactivity, autonomy, responsibility, and strong teamwork ability.
• Communication: Fluency in both Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level required).
