Adentis Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our Lisbon office. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience across ITSM modules and ensure platform performance, security, and reliability.

You will implement and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. ITIL knowledge and API integrations are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with platform integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform for performance and stability.
• Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices.
• Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches.
• Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Document configurations and update internal knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality
• Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices
• Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches
• Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Document configurations and update internal knowledge base

You must have:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modules
• Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
• Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNow
• Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications are a plus
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
