BAUF Portugal is seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for commercial HVAC equipment across the CIS market. The role involves diagnostics, equipment selection, training delivery, and close collaboration with service teams and manufacturers.

You will analyse partner and client requests, review system designs, develop training materials, and conduct webinars, on-site seminars, and product testing with the manufacturing plant.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration cycle principles and HVAC operation.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret control logic.
• Experience with diagnostic and equipment selection software.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to prepare and deliver technical presentations and training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for commercial HVAC equipment across CIS market.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for commercial HVAC equipment across CIS market. This position combines strong engineering expertise, partner support, training delivery, and collaboration with service teams and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for commercial HVAC equipment (VRF, Multi-split, LCAC, Chillers)
• Analyse requests from partners and clients, including fault diagnostics and corrective action recommendations
• Select HVAC equipment using professional selection software; review calculations and system designs
• Develop technical and training documentation
• Conduct webinars, technical training sessions, and on-site seminars
• Manage the full warranty repair process and coordinate with service partners
• Monitor spare parts inventory, oversee logistics, and provide ordering recommendations
• Participate in testing of new models and communicate with the manufacturing plant regarding quality matters
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals

Whom we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC or refrigeration equipment
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle principles and HVAC system operation
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand control logic
• Experience with diagnostic and equipment selection software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions
• Languages: fluent in Russia and English B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience in service or engineering departments of HVAC distributors or manufacturers
• Basic knowledge of automation systems and BMS
• Technical education (Refrigeration, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field)
• Willingness to travel for short-term business trips across Europe and China
