BAUF Portugal is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager (HVAC) to develop new markets, build partnerships, and drive international sales growth for residential and commercial climate control solutions. You will lead distributor networks across Europe, identify partners, negotiate terms, provide commercial support, and represent BAUF at exhibitions and events; travel will be required.

The ideal candidate has proven HVAC/home appliances experience, deep knowledge of the EU market,
