Euronext Securities Porto is seeking a Service Delivery Trainee to support the Central Securities Depository, focusing on issuance and corporate actions, and to contribute to automation of services.

You will learn market practices, work with issuers and financial intermediaries, and develop autonomy in registration, corporate actions, and testing activities within a dynamic European post-trade environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Support the Central Securities Depository, particularly as an issuance and corporate actions technician-trainee.
• Assist with the registration and cancellation of securities issues within Central Securities Systems.
• Support the management of corporate actions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of more automated and digitalised services at the Central Securities Depository.
• Perform functional testing, including operational acceptance tests and client acceptance tests.
• Prepare documentation related to operational procedures.
• Provide support to issuers and financial intermediaries.
• Support other operational business areas as required.
• Learn market practices and the specifics of Euronext CSDs, while interacting with local business experts.

Join us as a Service Delivery Trainee

Euronext Securities Porto is increasing the level of automation and digitalisation of its services, particularly within the Centralised Securities Systems. We are seeking a Service Delivery Trainee to support the Central Securities Depository, focusing on issuance and corporate actions, and to contribute to the development and implementation of new, automated services.

Key Accountabilities:

• As a Service Delivery Trainee, you will acquire knowledge and build a professional network related to the registration and cancellation of securities issues and Corporate Actions, developing increasing autonomy through:


• Supporting the Central Securities Depository, particularly as an issuance and corporate actions technician-trainee.


• Assisting with the registration and cancellation of securities issues within Central Securities Systems.


• Supporting the management of corporate actions.
