Euronext is seeking an ICT Compliance & Digital Operational Resilience Trainee to join the Corporate Compliance team in Porto. You will support the Digital Operational Resilience Act implementation through requirement mapping, gap analyses, and documenting controls.

You will assist with control testing, evidence collection for assurance, and monitoring regulatory developments, including NIS2, AI Act, and Cyber Resilience Act, as well as contributing to governance reporting and data protection

Join us as an ICT Compliance & Digital Operational Resilience Trainee

In collaboration with the Head of Corporate Compliance and the team, your tasks will be the following:

• Primary focus - Digital Operational Resilience Act
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Operational Resilience Act framework: requirement mapping, gap analyses, and documentation of controls
• Support control testing and evidence collection for internal and external assurance on Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments on the Digital Operational Resilience Act, including regulatory and implementing technical standards and relevant European Banking Authority and European Securities and Markets Authority guidelines, and summarise their impact
• Assist in preparing reporting, dashboards, and materials for governance committees on Digital Operational Resilience Act implementation
• Supporting exposure - wider digital regulatory landscape
• Contribute to selected NIS2 Directive activities, such as scoping of in-scope entities or summarising governance and cybersecurity risk-management requirements
• Assist, as time allows, in reviewing the potential impact of the Cyber Resilience Act on products with digital elements and on the Group's third-party and software supply chain
• Support introductory analysis of Data Act obligations, such as data access and sharing or cloud switching provisions, where useful to the team
• Assist with initial mapping of AI systems against the AI Act, under guidance from the team
• Contribute to the wider regulatory watch log, including a general data-protection monitoring component, and flag material developments to the team

• Digital Operational Resilience Act requirement mapping, gap analysis, and control documentation
• Digital Operational Resilience Act control testing evidence and assurance support materials
• Regulatory watch summaries, with Digital Operational Resilience Act developments as the primary focus and other digital regulations covered at overview level
• Contributions to governance committee reporting and dashboards
