Qualificações

Junior Proxy Product Owner - CSD Domain

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Junior Proxy Product Owner - CSD Domain to join the Euronext Securities team. The position will be based in Porto, and you will report to the Digital Product Owner.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the execution of the product vision and roadmap for Central Securities Depository (CSD) services, including settlement and securities-related solutions
• Acting as a point of contact between business stakeholders, IT and operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Prioritising and maintaining the product backlog, with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborating with development teams in Agile environments to support timely feature delivery
• Contributing to product lifecycle activities, such as testing, delivery and continuous improvement
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) with the Digital Adoption team to ensure quality releases
• Helping to manage dependencies with other systems and platforms, including trading, data distribution and reporting
• Contributing to initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market

Your profile:

• Degree in business, finance, computer science or a related field
• One to two years of experience in product management, business analysis or post-trade services (internships included)
• Understanding of CSD operations, settlement processes or financial market infrastructure is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
