Host Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer in Lisboa to manage Windows/SQL Server fleets across private data centers and client environments. The role includes deployment, migrations, backups, monitoring, and automation with PowerShell and Ansible.

You will share in running our Microsoft 365 estate and provide internal IT support. Work pattern is hybrid, based on multiple offices, with 4 days on-site and some remote client work.

Qualificações

• Solid Windows Server administration.
• PowerShell aptitude and scripting.
• SQL Server fundamentals: install, backup/restore.
• Microsoft 365 administration at tenant level.
• Networking basics.
• Portuguese and English.
• Commitment to 4 days/week on-site.
• Ansible or IaC experience.
• Monitoring experience or interest.
• Azure (AZ-900).
• Familiarity with Tailscale/WireGuard.
• Hospitality or PMS background.

Responsabilidades

• Client infrastructure (~70%): Install and migrate client environments—Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Host stack; document changes; configure backups; deploy monitoring; automate with PowerShell and Ansible; write runbooks; coordinate with hotel contacts; participate in on-call rotation.
• Microsoft 365 & internal IT (~30%): Administer Exchange Online, Entra ID, licenses; drive Intune/endpoint rollout; provide internal IT support and automate recurring tasks.
