Job description Full-time. Mon to Friday, including Portuguese holidays (exc. Xmas and New year), 1pm to 10pm
4 -5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations support, Manages Services or related functions.
Demonstrated experience in working with Service Providers and Third-Party Vendors.
Familiarity with Contract Management and Supplier Governance processes.
Reporting to the Service Manager based in Portugal, the Sr. VMS will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Vendor Management activities service delivery, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives across BPO operations. This role requires management capabilities, analytical thinking, experience and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
