Claranet is seeking a Unified Communications and Collaboration Engineer L3 in Lisbon to join our internal team. You will deliver advanced UC support, implement changes across the client’s collaboration and telephony estate, and resolve complex escalations to ensure operational excellence within SLAs.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on UC experience, ServiceNow expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in unified communications support and engineering, ideally within a managed services or financial services environment.
Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, request, and CMDB modules).
Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.
Experience with AV and meeting room systems (Crestron, Polycom, Logitech, Teams Rooms).
Familiarity with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
Working knowledge of collaboration analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Teams CQD, Teams Insights).
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

Deliver advanced UC support, implementation, and change execution across the client’s collaboration and telephony estate.
Resolve complex escalations, implement platform changes defined by the L4 Specialist, and ensure operational excellence within agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
