Job summary

BNP Paribas in Portugal is seeking a Project Manager to support the Transformation & Tech Solutions department. You will plan strategic committees, synthesize data into dashboards, and align projects with HR transformation objectives across the group.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and 3–7 years PM experience, fluent English, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proven ability to manage full project lifecycles and change programs in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related area.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience defining new operating models and managing full project life cycles.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong time management, organization and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and prepare strategic committees.
• Synthesize complex data into strategic dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure projects contribute to HR transformation objectives.
• Consolidate reporting, analyze variances, and escalate deviations.
• Identify and map dependencies between workstreams.
• Maintain risk/issue logs and monitor mitigation plans.
• Monitor budget consumption and prepare forecasts.
• Monitor workload and resource availability to identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure smooth information flow between project teams and stakeholders.
• Define success indicators and benefits of the transformation; support communications.
