Holafly is a high-growth scale-up revolutionising how travellers connect to the internet abroad. The Senior Product Manager will own the connectivity roadmap, bridging telco engineering with commercial strategy to deliver value for B2C and B2B customers.

You will lead end-to-end integrations, build dashboards, and align cross-functional teams while leveraging AI to unlock insights and drive performance.

Qualificações

• Direct Telco, MNO, or roaming experience with deep knowledge of eSIM tech and provisioning.
• Senior product management experience leading complex, infrastructure-adjacent domains.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing cost, quality, and speed with leadership.
• Hands-on data proficiency and ability to translate metrics into strategy.
• Excellent communication to explain telco concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Experience using AI to boost productivity and insights.
• Experience negotiating with vendors or partners in international markets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the connectivity product roadmap and end-to-end integrations and provisioning.
• Leverage network assets to create superior value for B2C and B2B customers.
• Support term negotiations and onboarding of new networks; drive performance analysis.
• Build automated dashboards to monitor costs and user experience.
• Align commercial and technical priorities with executive stakeholders.
• Feed live network telemetry into proactive support workflows.
