Holafly is seeking a Telecommunications Testing & Monitoring Engineer to establish and operate the testing and monitoring framework used to measure, validate, and continuously improve connectivity across our global mobile network footprint.

You will own test platforms, design end-to-end testing across 2G–5G, troubleshoot with traces and monitoring data, and validate roaming and eSIM behavior to ensure go-live readiness and strong partner relations.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Mobile Telecommunications across Network Engineering, Roaming, NOC, or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SIGOS/Mobileum or equivalent roaming testing platforms.
• Practical experience with IREG and international roaming testing across 3G/4G/5G.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operate network testing and monitoring platforms, including test SIM setup, campaign configuration, scheduling and reporting.
• Design and execute automated, manual, and IREG testing across 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G NSA/SA, roaming partners and service launches.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting using signalling traces, packet captures, and monitoring data to identify root causes.
• Validate roaming, eSIM, and multi-IMSI behaviour, including IMSI selection and network selection.
• Drive proactive network assurance by building alerts, documenting testing history, and supporting SLA discussions.
