Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own how the financial platform shapes every product at scale. You will translate complex business, regulatory, and finance requirements into precise technical specifications, driving end-to-end data flows, architecture decisions, and cross-team alignment in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will partner with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and Platform teams to design robust, scalable, and auditable money-movement solutions, with

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Break down large business processes into clear technical flows.
• Experience with distributed, service-based architectures.
• Strong API and integration design knowledge (REST, SOAP, gRPC).
• Excellent documentation: specs, diagrams, data models, contracts.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations.
• Fintech/payments/ledger experience.
• Hands-on with financial transactions, reconciliation, money movement systems.
• Exposure to regulated environments (central bank, e-invoicing).
• ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar).
• Product mindset with ownership potential.
• Ambiguous requirements => scalable platform designs.
• Ships changes safely in money-movement systems.
• Reusable platform capabilities for consistency.
• Grow from owning requirements to shaping platform direction.

Responsibilities

• Turn business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and specs.
• Define money and financial data flow end-to-end across products and systems.
• Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance and others to define scope and plan.
• Identify services, integrations, and teams affected by changes.
• Shape and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead.
• Support engineering and QA through implementation and edge cases.
• Keep technical and functional docs current for engineers and stakeholders.
