Job summary

Planet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a payments back-office platform, shaping strategy across Settlement, Web, and Reporting teams. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to drive outcomes from discovery through release.

Fluent in English with a track record in B2B platforms; payments/fintech experience is a plus. This role embraces AI-enabled product development and a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning complex B2B or platform products end-to-end.
• Experience in payments, fintech or regulated domains is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on with AI to accelerate discovery, documentation and specs.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritisation and trade-offs in the product roadmap.
• Balance business, compliance, technical investment in one roadmap.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy and two-year plan.
• Be the single intake point for team requests and priorities.
• Protect teams' focus while engaging senior stakeholders.
• Identify configurable capabilities to reduce custom work.
