Job summary

Planet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform that clears, settles, funds and reports on the transactions Planet processes. You will define roadmap across Settlement & Web and Reporting, building a mature, configurable payments back-office platform that meets regulatory needs while serving merchants and partners.

You will partner with engineering in a single accountable unit, shaping two-year strategy, balancing business, compliance and technical work, and driving outcomes

Qualifications

• An experienced product manager with a track record of owning a complex B2B or platform product end to end.
• Experience in payments, fintech or another regulated domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritisation and the trade-offs that come with it.
• Know the domain deeply with settlement logic, back-office portals, partner integrations, the reporting estate.
• Own the product vision and strategy for two years, grounded in evidence.
• Be the single intake point and protect teams' focus with senior stakeholders.
• Look for leverage and convert repetitive work into configurable capabilities.
• Own the outcomes and track success, adapting as needed.
• Collaborate across Planet with product peers to align priorities.
