A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Senior Team Leader (Operations). As Senior Team Leader you will lead Operations Supervisors in the digital-advertising business of a leading international technology company.

What you will do

• Lead Operations Supervisors and drive KPIs
• Develop teams and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Turn performance data into action plans
• Partner with client stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Proven experience managing teams of 30–80 FTE (ideally in a BPO)
• Previous sales experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, a results-driven approach and high emotional intelligence

What we offer

• Salary: €1,684 gross per month with company-provided accommodation, or €2,158 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Bonus of up to €2,000
• Meal allowance: approx. €130 per month

Relocation support

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

Location, hours & start

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
• Start: As soon as possible
