WE ARE META in Lisbon is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to administer a live Salesforce production org and drive sales operations. You will work on Sales Cloud for retail-facing users, and handle Product2, price books, and product catalogs to support sales processes.

Proficiency in English and Portuguese at B2 level is required. Availability for on-site work in Lisbon, with a plan to move to a hybrid module later, and you must be based in Portugal with EU work eligibility.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with administering a live Salesforce production org and managing user access.
• Strong skills in Sales Cloud for retail-facing users.
• Knowledge of Product2, price books, and product catalogs to support sales operations.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese at B2 level.

What we’re looking for:

• +4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
• Hands on experience with administering a live Salesforce production org, managing user access, configuration, and ongoing operational issues
• Strong skills in Sales Cloud for retail-facing users
• Knowledge in Product2, price books, and product catalogs to support sales operations
• Proficiency in English, at least B2 level
• Proficiency in Portuguese, at least a B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2C Commerce
• Experience with Platform App Builder, Platform Developer

Important:

Availability for on-site work in Lisbon (fully on site in a first phase, later on in a hybrid module), based in Portugal. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
