Entain is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across Southern Europe in a hybrid capacity. You will bridge strategy and execution, collaborating with leaders across Spain, Portugal, France and Greece to turn recommendations into measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in strategy consulting at top-tier firm (3-5 years post undergrad or 1-2 years post MBA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
• Proficiency with business frameworks and Excel data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Strong project management and operational execution.
• Strong interest in betting, games, media, technology and entertainment.

Responsabilidades

• Support high-visibility strategy projects by conducting analysis, financial modeling and presenting conclusions to leaders.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to operationalize strategy to drive growth in Iberia.
• Support engagement with key external vendors and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Analyze data to derive insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Contribute industry knowledge and a growth mindset to the team.
• Foster flow of ideas within the broader organization.
