Based in Iberia, the CTO will collaborate with Country Managers, Sales, and Delivery Leaders to accelerate growth in Software, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI initiatives.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, Consulting, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Technology Services.
• Proven track record supporting business development and complex sales cycles.
• Strong experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience within a consulting, digital engineering, or technology services organization is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business objectives and technology strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology strategy across Europe and drive market positioning across Iberia and France.
• Support strategic sales opportunities and shape technology-driven value propositions.
• Participate in executive meetings, client engagements, and large transformation programs.
• Define and promote ACT Digital’s technology vision and AI strategy across Europe.
• Drive AI-related business development and revenue generation.
• Provide guidance on complex architectures and ensure engineering excellence.
