Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a Growth Associate to drive strategic initiatives across its three markets and own high-impact projects. Based in sunny Lisbon with regular travel to international markets, you will work with cross-functional teams and founders to accelerate growth.

Fluency in English and an EU work permit are required; industry experience is not essential, but ambition and fast learning are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners
• Project-based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies
