Emma Sleep in Lisbon seeks a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive commercial excellence and regional performance across its European D2C business. You will build scalable frameworks and cross-market initiatives enabling country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

You’ll report to the Business Strategy Manager and collaborate with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, Webshop and Operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally within e-commerce or performance-driven commercial environments.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly across multicultural teams.
• Strong ability to translate campaign mechanics and KPIs into regional planning and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define scalable regional planning and execution frameworks to accelerate EU growth.
• Lead cross-country initiatives that establish regional best practices and alignment between Global, Regional, and Local teams.
• Build processes that enable country teams to deliver consistent commercial results with strong regional governance.
