Job summary

Inetum in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Storage Consultant / Commvault Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services Operations team. You will act as the operational SME for enterprise storage, backup, recovery, and cyber resilience platforms, focusing on Commvault technologies to ensure service availability and customer satisfaction.

You will support, maintain, and optimize storage environments, perform proactive health checks, manage incidents, and participate in disaster recovery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backup administration and support.
• Strong expertise in Commvault technologies.
• Experience in managing, monitoring, and incidents related to backup and data recovery.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support enterprise storage environments.

• Monitor backup success rates and proactively address failures and operational risks.
• Execute and document recovery testing and disaster recovery exercises.
• Support hybrid and cloud-based backup environments.
• Maintain backup policies, retention schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in major incident handling and recovery activities.
• Provide operational support for cyber recovery and ransomware protection solutions.
