Inetum Portugal is seeking a senior Backup & Recovery Specialist to design, implement and manage enterprise backup platforms in a multi-customer production environment. The role focuses on Commvault as the primary platform with knowledge of Tivoli/TSM as a secondary capability, supporting restore, DR tests and SLA targets.

Responsabilidades

• Design backup & recovery solutions (Commvault, Tivoli/TSM).
• Manage and troubleshoot L3 backup environments (backup, restore, storage, SAN).
• Ensure SLA, RPO/RTO and disaster recovery readiness.
• Optimize performance, capacity and backup policies.
• Lead changes, deployments and technical documentation.
• Support critical incidents, on-call and recovery scenarios.
• Drive automation, security and continuous improvement.
• Mentor teams and act as Backup SME.
