Altium is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our cloud platforms in Lisbon. The role blends software engineering with systems administration, focusing on automation, observability, and incident management.

You will collaborate with development and technology teams to build reliable SaaS products across regions, driving IaC, automation, and resilience. A strong background in Kubernetes, AWS, and modern CI/CD is essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps or related role in large-scale environments.
• Software development experience, ideally as a .NET developer.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice and HA architecture.
• Observability tools and incident management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale systems.
• Improve observability with logging, monitoring, and APM.
• Develop reliability frameworks for SaaS products across regions.
• Collaborate with engineering on reliability best practices.
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident analysis.
• Participate in system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Promote IaC and automation to improve deployment scalability.
• Champion SOO principles for clear service ownership.
