Qualificações

• 6+ years in SRE/DevOps or related role in a large-scale environment.
• Software development experience, ideally with .NET.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices and high-availability architecture.
• Observability tools: NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL.

Responsabilidades

• Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform works and contribute to reliability improvements.
• Improve observability, logging, monitoring, and APM to ensure system reliability.
• Develop reliability frameworks and patterns for SaaS products across regions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to educate on reliability best practices.
• Contribute to incident response, post-incident analysis and continuous improvement.
