Altium is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of the Altium Cloud Platforms. The role blends software engineering with systems administration, emphasizing automation, observability, and incident management.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable SaaS applications, drive IaC initiatives, and promote best practices in reliability across multiple regions.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps or related role in a large-scale environment.
• Software development experience (ideally with .NET).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices and HA architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform works.
• Improve observability with logging, monitoring, and APM for reliability.
• Develop reliability frameworks and patterns across regions and environments.
• Promote a shared responsibility model with engineering teams on reliability best practices.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident analysis for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps to drive IaC and streamlined deployments.
• Champion SOO principles for clear service ownership.
