Job summary

Damia is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define and lead end-to-end architecture across the D&T platform. You will drive solution design, integration with Salesforce, SAP, and data platforms, and ensure alignment with global standards while removing silos.

Reporting to the Head of Core Platforms, you will manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support security and AMS operations to deliver strategic business outcomes in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology or related field is required.
• 10+ years in large, complex IT environments preferred.
• Experience with architectural principles and complex IT solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads end-to-end architecture for D&T platform initiatives.
• Drives solution design and integration with Salesforce, SAP, and data platforms.
• Ensures standards and best practices with external partners.
• Guides capability development and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Manages change pipelines and end-to-end testing scopes.
• Supports security considerations with Cyber Security teams.
