Usercentrics is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will shape data models, security and integration patterns to support a global GTM organization, including Self Serve, Partner-Led and High Touch motions.

You will evaluate platform capabilities, enforce standards, and collaborate with RevOps and engineering to drive scalable, secure solutions while embracing a hybrid work setup with 2–3 days in the Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Salesforce architecture or senior Salesforce roles.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures for high-growth SaaS.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across data model, security, sharing, and integration.
• Define architectural standards and release management best practices.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and the GTM stack via APIs and middleware.
• Guide buy vs. build decisions with RevOps and the GTM teams.
• Lead design reviews, manage risks, ensure security and data governance.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and bring innovations to the roadmap.
