EverAI Limited is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our fast-growing, remote-first team. You’ll help build and scale the world’s leading AI companionship platform, contributing to feature development and architectural decisions.

You’ll work closely with the CTO, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions with a strong user focus. You’ll use Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind to deliver robust systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as back-end or full-stack software engineer in scale-ups or similar fast-paced env.
• Experience on large-scale products with thousands of monthly users.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication & collaboration.
• Ownership mindset and ability to balance craftsmanship with velocity.
• Comfort with uncensored models and content (#NSFW) in product development.
• Bonus: experience in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Manager to review project specs and plan integrations.
• Prepare integration plans, break-downs and estimations for deliverables.
• Hands-on coding, PRs, reviews and testing to ship features.
