As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping both our product development and business strategy.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our remote-friendly team and work on cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of AI-driven growth platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable frontend and backend solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.
2. Full stack development for web and mobile applications, utilizing a range of programming languages.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and AI specialists, to define project scope and technical requirements.
4. Architect client-side and server-side solutions to ensure seamless performance.
5. Develop and maintain well-functioning databases, applications, and APIs.
6. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency, solving technical challenges as they arise.
7. Test, troubleshoot, and debug software to ensure high performance and reliability.
8. Build data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes for machine learning models.
9. Implement robust security measures and data protection settings.

Required Skills:

1. Backend development experience with languages like C#, Java, Python, or Go, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, Golang.
2. Hands-on experience with databases (SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL).
3. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling applications.
4. Strong experience with web API (e.g., Reddit, Google, TikTok) and open data.
5. Proficiency in building ETL processes and managing data infrastructure using cloud technologies.
6. AI/ML Experience (as a plus): Experience with AI/ML systems, focus on NLP, GenAI applications. Familiarity with scaling machine learning frameworks.
7. Basic design ability, including UI/UX principles and prototype design.
8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a drive for innovation.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
11. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (experience in early-stage startups is a plus).
