Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for backend and frontend coordination, focused on PHP, Node.js, and TypeScript. You will design and scale software powering global commerce, operating in a distributed, cloud-based environment.

You will partner with Product and Design, lead architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence while mentoring peers and improving practices across squads.

Formación

• Significant experience building and operating production software in modern product engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience developing backend applications using PHP (Symfony), Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, orchestration, and containerized environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with engineering best practices.
• Build and optimize distributed systems, cloud-native services, and scalable data processing solutions.
• Own technical initiatives from design through implementation, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, observability, automated health checks, and alerting solutions.
• Drive improvements in engineering standards, code quality, maintainability, and development processes.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
