Human Ready is building Advisor, a software finance platform that powers enterprise questions. We are a small team in Portugal, and you will own systems from design to production, delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, make architectural choices, and deploy your own work using Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and Ansible, while communicating clearly with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Around 5 years shipping production web apps.
• Strong on the back end and comfortable on the front
• You deploy your own work: Docker, CI/CD, a Linux box that misbehaves. We use Ansible, and infra-as-code in anything transfers
• PostgreSQL past the ORM — you can read a query plan and fix the slow one
• You’ve owned real systems end to end and made calls that held up
• You explain things clearly, to engineers and to people who've never seen your code
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Take a problem from a rough idea to something clients rely on, and stay responsible for it after it ships
• Deploy and run your own work
• Make the architectural calls, write down why, and set the standard for the engineers around you
• Sit with clients and the product team, and turn what you hear into good engineering
• Work across the forecasting engine, the agent that turns plain-English questions into product actions, live external data signals, client data ingestion, or client environment provisioning — whichever needs you most
