We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join the team driving the foundation of this mission‑critical platform. In this role, you’ll focus on building scalable, automated, self‑service infrastructure that empowers developers and boosts the reliability of the product. You’ll play a key role in shaping CI/CD pipelines, optimizing developer workflows, and improving cloud architecture with a forward‑thinking, automation‑first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal self‑service platforms and tools that empower developers
- Design scalable and secure solutions in AWS cloud infrastructure
- Own and improve CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Argo
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices and streamline delivery
- Support Docker and Kubernetes platforms with a strong focus on automation
- Resolve JIRA tickets related to cloud, CI/CD, and system monitoring
- Maintain and improve infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and Terragrunt
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability to meet SLA standards
- Proactively explore and implement new DevOps tools and solutions
Requirements
- 4–5 + years of relevant DevOps experience
- 3 + years of experience with AWS
- 3 + years of experience in designing automation with Terraform or Terragrunt, focusing on automation workflows
- 3 + years of experience in Kubernetes
- Solid CI/CD knowledge with Bitbucket, Jenkins and workflow automation tools
- Good understanding of APIs and micro‑services architecture
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to improve the developer experience
- Willingness to work from the office 2 times a week
