Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Social Intelligence, Social Listening, Digital Analytics or related field.
• Strong experience with Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr or similar platforms.
• Experience working with multiple digital data sources.
• Experience applying and contributing to refinement of monitoring methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Experience supporting complex global analytical projects.
• Experience working with AI-assisted analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of analytical methodologies and monitoring approaches.
• Contribute to refinement of taxonomies, search strategies and analytical frameworks.
• Support improvements to scalability and consistency of monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to standardization initiatives across assigned projects.
• Advanced Analysis & Quality: conduct complex multi-source analyses; validate methodologies and outputs; investigate trends and emerging patterns; ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Capability Support: translate business requirements into analytical approaches; support discussions on feasibility and methodology; contribute to documentation and best practices; mentor analysts.
